Welcome to our 43RD season!

Bella Voce announces the 2025–2026 season: Lost and Found.

The 2025-26 season features performances in Chicago, Milwaukee, Madison, and Evanston. In October, Bella Voce opens the Ear Taxi contemporary music festival, performing Gordon, Lang, and Wolfe’s oratorio Lost Objects. In November, the seasonal tradition Handel’s Messiah returns with performances in Milwaukee, presented by Early Music Now, and Evanston. December’s holiday celebration features Charpentier’s Midnight Mass for Christmas as its centerpiece in a second collaboration with the Madison Bach Musicians. And Bella Voce’s Polyphony Camp returns in 2026 over Valentine’s Day weekend with Italian love madrigals as a focal point of the workshops. The season concludes with the third installment of the Expanding the Canon series: Central American Polyphony. Read on to learn more about our 43rd season!

Lost Objects

October 3 in Chicago

Bella Voce opens the Ear Taxi Festival with the contemporary oratorio for amplified ensemble, with music by Michael Gordon, David Lang, and Julia Wolfe.

Messiah

November 22 in Milwaukee | November 23 in Evanston

Experience Handel’s timeless masterwork unabridged, performed by Bella Voce and the period-instrument Sinfonia.

Charpentier’s Midnight Mass for Christmas

December 13 in Madison | December 14 in Evanston

Bella Voce joins with Madison Bach Musicians for a second Christmastime collaboration, featuring Charpentier’s beautiful French mass as the centerpiece.

Bella Voce’s Polyphony Camp

February 14 + 15 in Evanston

Bella Voce’s immersive choral experience led by Artistic Director Andrew Lewis returns over Valentine’s Day weekend. All are welcome—no experience required!

Expanding the Canon: Central American Polyphony

May 2 in Chicago | May 3 in Evanston
